Do I need a login to chat with SuiteBot?
No login is needed for the chat assistant on suitedash.com or in the SuiteDash Help Center. The full-page chat at bot.suitedash.com/chat asks you to register or sign in first.

How do I reach a person at SuiteDash?

How much does SuiteDash cost?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. SuiteDash offers a 14-day Free Trial of the Pinnacle level, with no payment information needed to start.
Is SuiteDash HIPAA compliant?
SuiteDash is HIPAA-capable, but an account is not HIPAA-compliant by default. If you are a Covered Entity or Business Associate, request and execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before storing, transmitting or processing protected health information.
Can I white label SuiteDash?
Yes. You can brand the login page, the client portal and email notifications with your own logo and colors, and connect a custom domain with SSL. See SuiteDash white label.
Can I import my existing contacts into SuiteDash?
Yes. Import a CSV file saved in UTF-8 into the SuiteDash CRM. Create your Custom Fields first so you can map columns to them, and test with one or two rows first, because imports cannot be undone.
What does SuiteDash integrate with?
SuiteDash connects with Stripe and PayPal for payments, QuickBooks Online (one-way sync from SuiteDash), Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Make, webhooks and the SuiteDash Secure API. See all SuiteDash integrations.
